Providing TODO list

Thank you for your suggestion.

My personal TODO list is hardly suitable for publishing, but 
something certainly should be done here.  In particular, an issue 
and feature request tracker is probably needed.  Right now I'm 
considering Github's one, as it will be anyway available with 
Github mirror of the repository.
