Suggest to rename project

A relevant dictionary definition of troll is:

Is that what you are saying? Some people have begun using the term troll 
for anything they do not like. Is that what you mean?

There is much in the PDF. Can someone summarize it? I think it 
essentially says that |nginx.io| must be transferred to F5.
