changeset 712:649af6069976
Tests: skipped some HTTP/2 tests is case of a failed connection.
Otherwise, perl reacts badly on dereferencing an undefined value.
Notably, this can happen due to an nginx bug in HTTP/2 that leads
to premature connection close and is already noted in tests with
todo_alerts().
